In 2008 and again in 2014 Ward worked with the R.M.Williams team in developing a uniform for the Emirates One & Only Spa and Resort in Wolgan Valley which was uniquely Australian and resonated with the luxury clientele.

The head to toe attire included all front & back of house employees and was a uniform that staff were proud of.

As part of his role as Executive Designer with R.M.Williams, Ward collaborated with the Australian Paralympic Committee in creating a uniform for unique athletes that celebrated their Australian identity.

The uniform has been globally acclaimed and as such has seen the re-appointment of Ward in designing uniforms for 4 consecutive Olympics including Vancouver 2010 Winter, London 2012 Summer, Sochi 2014 Winter and Rio 2016 Summer.

In conjunction with Ward’s position of Executive Designer of R.M.Williams – Ward has collaborated with the Magic Millions Yearling Sales management in producing uniforms for male and female staff members which crosses the divide of the yearling sales arena to the sophisticated race-side.

As part of the relationship with Magic Millions, Ward has also been commissioned to produce one off couture pieces for bespoke fashion events.
